Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Low Key Luxe Co., we want you to love everything you receive. If something isn't right, here's exactly what you're entitled to and how to make it happen.
1. One-Time Purchase Returns
Items purchased as one-time orders (not subscription boxes) may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method, provided:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging;
- The item is not marked as final sale;
- You contact us at hello@lowkeyluxe.co to initiate the return before shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Subscription Box Returns & Exchanges
Items received in a subscription box are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Cash refunds are not available for subscription box items, with the following exceptions:
- Damaged items: We will ship a replacement at no cost, or issue a full credit;
- Incorrect items: We will ship the correct item, or issue a full credit;
- Defective items: We will replace or credit at our discretion.
To initiate a subscription box exchange, email us at hello@lowkeyluxe.co with your order number and a photo of the item.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will receive access to all member benefits through the end of your paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within the current billing cycle.
If you cancel within 24 hours of a renewal charge and your box has not yet been processed, we will issue a full refund for that cycle upon request.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase;
- Digital products or downloads;
- Items that have been used, assembled, or damaged by the customer.
5. Damaged or Lost in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, or if a carrier declares it lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and either reship the order or issue a full refund at your preference.
6. Refund Processing Time
Refunds to the original payment method typically appear within 5–7 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer. Store credit is applied to your account immediately upon approval.
7. How to Request a Return or Refund
Email hello@lowkeyluxe.co with your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. For subscription cancellations, log in to your Subscriber Portal directly for the fastest resolution.
