Subscription Terms & Billing Disclosure
Complete disclosure of recurring charges, renewal terms, and cancellation rights.

1. Subscription Plans and Pricing
Low Key Luxe Co. offers three monthly subscription tiers:
- Luxe Lite — $14.99/month: 2–3 curated home decor objects delivered monthly;
- Luxe Signature — $29.99/month: 5–7 curated objects plus member pricing on all shop items;
- Luxe Inner Circle — $59.99/month: Premium monthly decor edit, exclusive member-only pieces, early access, and priority support.
All prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes. Tax is calculated based on your shipping address and is disclosed at checkout.
2. Billing and Renewal
By subscribing, you authorize [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Your first charge occurs at the time of checkout. Subsequent charges occur on the same calendar date each month (your “Renewal Date”). If your Renewal Date falls on a date that does not exist in a given month (e.g., the 31st in a 30-day month), you will be charged on the last day of that month.
Your subscription will automatically renew each month at the then-current rate until you cancel. We will send a billing reminder email at least 3 days before each renewal charge.
3. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee, through any of the following methods:
- Log in to your Subscriber Portal and navigate to “My Subscription” > “Cancel Subscription”;
- Email us at hello@lowkeyluxe.co with “Cancel Subscription” in the subject line;
- Call us at 1-800-555-0123 during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm ET).
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to receive access to member benefits and will receive any box that has already been processed or shipped in the current period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing period.
4. Pausing and Skipping
You may pause your subscription for 1, 2, or 3 months from your Subscriber Portal. No charges occur during a pause period. Your subscription automatically resumes on your original Renewal Date after the pause period ends. You will receive a reminder email before resumption.
You may also skip your next shipment. A skip means you will not be charged and will not receive a box for the upcoming month. Your subscription resumes as normal the following month.
5. Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription tier at any time. Plan changes take effect at your next Renewal Date. If you upgrade, you will be billed the new rate at your next renewal. If you downgrade, your current plan benefits remain active through the end of the current billing period.
6. Refunds for Subscription Charges
As a general rule, subscription fees are non-refundable once a box has been processed for shipment. If you are charged in error, or if your box is not shipped within 7 business days of the charge date, you are entitled to a full refund for that billing cycle. If you cancel within 24 hours of a recurring renewal charge and your box has not yet been processed, you may request a full refund for that cycle. After 24 hours, standard terms apply.

7. Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. If we change your plan price, we will provide at least 30 days advance notice via email. You may cancel at any time before the new pricing takes effect.
8. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge up to three times over a 7-day period. If all retry attempts fail, your subscription will be paused. You will receive email notifications of failed payment attempts with instructions to update your payment method in your portal.
