Shipping Policy
Processing times, carriers, delivery estimates, and more.

1. Free Shipping Threshold
Luxe Signature and Luxe Inner Circle subscribers receive free shipping on all orders, always. Luxe Lite subscribers and one-time purchasers qualify for free standard shipping on orders totaling $30 or more before tax. Orders under $30 from non-qualifying accounts incur a flat $6.99 standard shipping fee.
2. Processing Times
Subscription boxes are processed and shipped within 3 business days of each billing date. One-time purchases are processed within 1–2 business days of order placement (Mon–Fri, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
3. Carriers
We ship via the following carriers, selected based on destination and package size:
- USPS (United States Postal Service);
- UPS;
- FedEx.
We reserve the right to choose the carrier at our discretion to ensure the best delivery experience.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Domestic delivery estimates after dispatch (not including processing time):
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days;
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available for an additional fee at checkout);
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available for an additional fee at checkout).
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather events, and peak season volume may extend delivery windows.
5. International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Canadian orders are subject to applicable customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing may add additional time to delivery estimates. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
We are working to expand international shipping to additional countries. Join our newsletter to be notified when new destinations become available.
6. Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking portal. You can also view shipment status in your Subscriber Portal under “Order History.”
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is marked delivered but you have not received it, please allow one additional business day before contacting us, as carriers occasionally update tracking prematurely. If the package has not arrived within one business day of the reported delivery date, contact us at hello@lowkeyluxe.co within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and contents before opening fully, and contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will file a carrier claim and reship or refund your order as appropriate.
8. Subscription Box Shipping Schedule
Subscription boxes ship monthly. Your box will ship within 3 business days of your Renewal Date. If your Renewal Date falls on a weekend or holiday, processing begins on the next business day. Changes to your shipping address must be submitted in your Subscriber Portal at least 3 days before your Renewal Date to take effect for that cycle.
9. Address Changes
You may update your shipping address at any time from your Subscriber Portal or by contacting support. Address changes submitted within 3 days of your next billing date may not take effect until the following cycle. We cannot reroute packages already in transit.
